McCurley Auctions and Auctionzip rules must be followed.
Mike Ryan Auction Service is conducting this auction. All items sell as is , where is with no warranties given or implied.
15 % auction fee (buyers premium) added to the last "successful" bid in additional to the final high bid
Please inspect all items to your liking.
Please bring your own help to load out. Also bring packing material for glassware and breakables; boxes or totes.
You will be suspended and permanently banned from this site for any fraudulent activity when registering..
Items sold to you become your sole responsibility at time of payment.
Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage of property until removed from said auction site.
After the final removal date, there will be a $25 per day , per item fee charged to the buyer for any item not picked up by the alotted time frame, unless prior arrangements have been made with auction team.
Any item not paid for and left unclaimed will become sole posession of auction company.
