Items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" with no guarantees of any kind (except for the authenticity of coins, diamonds, gold, silver and currency.)
Grading: Every person has their own opinion. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine and grade to their own satisfaction before they bid. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON THE BASIS OF GRADE. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information.
Bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. Bidder should inquire with the ring person or decline to bid if they are unsure of what they are bidding on. Once you have won the bid you have entered into a contract and will be expected to pay for the item.
The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interests of his clients, the seller. Contested bids will be opened back up to the last two bidders. All announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over printed material.
Buyer will pay for purchase, fees, handling, postage & insurance before items are shipped.

McCurley Auction Company is providing Internet absentee and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against McCurley Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. McCurley Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the absentee bid feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. McCurley Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw items in this auction.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Online buyers will pay by credit card and credit card only.


SHIPPING INFO: Auction items will be shipped via US Mail within ten business days upon receipt of payment.
Packages will normally be shipped USPS. Some items may require buyer to make their own arrangements due to size or value over $2,000.

Shipping:
We will help arrange shipments at buyer's expense. No property will be released until payment in full is made on the items. We pack and ship all items in a professional way. Please Allow 1-2 Weeks For Shipping. If you would like your items shipped by another shipper, we are happy to provide you with contact information for shippers so that you may inquire as to shipping costs before you bid on an item. Arranging shipping and paying for shipping costs will be solely your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you determine the costs of shipping before you bid on any item.

will be subject to a storage fee. Any item not removed after 45 days will be considered abandoned and will become property of SR Antique and Art Gallery, LLC.

The buyer will pay a total 15% buyers premium. Plus a 5% fee to eBay or auction zip is also added.

Sales Tax

Illinois residents will pay 7.25% sales tax or provide certificate of resale. No tax for out of state shipments or coins and currency.
